Instructions:

Prepare the Batter:

  • Combine 1 cup each of Ragi/Rice Flour and Sprouted Rice Mix, ensuring a lump-free consistency.
  • Gradually add water to create a thin, watery batter. Mix thoroughly.
  • Tempering: In a small kadai, heat ghee on low flame. Add jeera, letting it splutter, followed by crushed pepper, curry leaves, and red chillies.
  • Toast until red chillies are crisp.
  • Pour the aromatic tempering into the thin batter and mix thoroughly.

Cooking the Dosa:

  • Heat a flat tava or non-stick griddle over medium heat.
